Cost: $185.00 per person & one dog, per weekend; $10 per extra dog per weekend (to cover prizes/gifts). To Reserve: $50 deposit per person. Balance due one month prior to camp. Cancellation: up to two weeks prior, full refund of deposit; thereafter, no refund of deposit. If I cancel for any reason, entire deposit refunded. Fee includes all camp activities; meals; accommodations in multiple-occupancy cabins. Fee does not include transportation to camp location or massage.

                                           REGISTRATION FORM AND WAIVER

WAIVER: I, the undersigned, am not a dog snob, nor am I a whiner, although I may have whined in the past. In consideration of my acceptance into Maian Meadows Dog Camp, I hereby release Camp Director, Rebecca Wallick, and her agents and volunteers, from any and all claims and liabilities arising from or in connection with my, and my dog's, participation in dog camp, including dog bites, squirrel bites, and camp activities. I, as a condition of being allowed to participate in dog camp, agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss of or damage to property.
